Position Title: F&A Recruiter

Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled Recruiter with a background in Finance & Accounting (F&A) to identify, attract, and hire top talent for finance and accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview candidates for F&A positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to find top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in F&A recruitment or a degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years working in accounting or finance field
- Ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage expectations and close offers effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- ACCA, CPA, CFA, or finance certifications (a plus).
- Experience recruiting for roles like accountants, financial analysts, controllers, auditors, etc.
