We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM) to ensure efficient operation of the Executive Office.

Job Functions

  • Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and hotel departments, guests, vendors, and external partners.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the GM.

  • Coordinate and support hotel events, executive meetings, and special projects.

  • Screen incoming communications, prioritize issues, and respond or route as appropriate.

  • Maintain files and records, both electronic and paper, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

  • Assist in tracking departmental goals, budgets, and hotel performance metrics as requested.

  • Support in internal communication initiatives, including drafting memos or announcements.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in hospitality or a service-oriented environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of hotel management systems is an asset.

  • Ability to work independently.
