Driver - Children Transporation

The incumbent will be responsible for safely transporting children to and from school; take children to sporting and extracurricular activities; follow traffic and safety rules whilst driving.

DRIVER/CHILD TRANSPORTATION-FEMALE PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport children to and from school, sports practices, and social events and any other desired locations
• Meet timely schedules for children’s pick ups
• Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding schedules and any changes.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle in good working order
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is serviced on a regular basis and all documents are in order
• Ensure children are securely and comfortably seated before and during each trip.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Drive and care for the company’s vehicle in accordance with the company’s Motor Vehicle Policy
• Assist with other light childcare duties as needed.
• Perform any other reasonable task

Requirements:

• A valid General driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A clean police record
• Proven experience working with children.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with children
• A kind, patient, and punctual demeanor.
• A high degree of professionalism, patience and punctuality
• Strong commitment to safety
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexible, be able to work weekends and outside of regular working hours as needed
