Job Title: Customer Value Management Analyst

 

 

Primary objective of the job: 

 

The Customer Value Management Analyst is responsible for collecting (from various data sources), analysis and reporting of Prepaid/CVM revenue, product and customer-related data. Placing emphasis on integrity, relevance and accuracy in an ongoing effort, to increase overall campaign productivity to drive results. He or She will create both standardized and custom reports, develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes to support operational efficiency.

 

This position's primary responsibility is to conduct data analysis which will produce information and reports (quantitative & qualitative) that will support the decision-making process and help to drive the business strategy to meet its overall revenue and EBITDA objectives.

           

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

CVM Data Management  

  • Ensure the data from all platforms is clean, accurate, relevant and complete (organized and rolled up into reports, ideally via a centralized and automated database).
  • Analyze user requirements and based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications inclusive of Identifying and managing CVM dependencies and critical paths. 
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of all CVM initiatives.
  • Continuous monitoring of consumer information provision to ensure the changing business management requirement is fully supported. 
  • Provide daily updates on reports essential for timely business decisions.
  • Efficiently build and execute scripting of CVM campaigns, leading to potential delays and lost revenue opportunities.
  • Thoroughly update findings on customer behavior, which is vital for targeted and effective CVM strategies.

 

 Reporting and Analytics

  • Ensure the delivery of information and insight in a timely manner, including highlights of emerging problems, misalignments, and other challenges. 
  • Develop/Contribute to CVM models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. 
  • Design and provide visualizations on top of the existing & new data structures.
  • Analyze and measure performance of key CVM Campaigns and the overall business through daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPIs for the business.
  • Develop effective reporting tools and models using PowerBi/Toad/SQL Developer.

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • BSc. in Engineering/Computer Science/Economics and /or MBA (top tier university/Top Business School)
  • 2-3 years’ experience performing similar roles/duties.
  • 3 to 5 years’ relevant analytical reporting experience.
  • Working experience with the Microsoft PowerBI tool and advanced experience with SQL Scripting with the intend of building tables or other DWH features.
  • An acceptable level and combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

  • Knowledge and experience in SQL and management of tables or other DWH structures
