Job Title: Champions Management Trainee
Location: Varied (based on placement)
Programme Duration: 24 Months (with cross-functional rotations)

Summary:

The Champions Development Programme is ANSA McAL’s premier 24-month rotational experience, built to fast-track the development of exceptional talent who embody our Core Values and demonstrate the potential to lead with impact. • Embark on structured, departmental rotations within assigned subsidiary.
• Take ownership of projects that directly impact business performance and customer value.
• Build cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to team outcomes.
• Present solutions and insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Programme Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, HR, Marketing or Business Management
• First or Upper second-class honours.
• 0–1 year of work or internship experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular, volunteer, or work roles
• High energy, curiosity, and resilience
