POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Success Manager owns the post-contract client relationship, ensuring service quality, resolving issues, and driving renewals and upsells. This role requires a polished, proactive communicator who understands service excellence and can manage multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned client accounts following contract execution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure service satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively resolve complaints, service gaps, or staffing concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities - additional staff, extended hours, supplementary services.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to operations and management for service improvements.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics for assigned accounts and flag underperformance.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction logs, account notes, and renewal timelines in CRM.
  • Support contract renewals and client retention activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client services; hospitality, concierge, or staffing industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural client-first, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and polished at all times.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
