POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Success Manager owns the post-contract client relationship, ensuring service quality, resolving issues, and driving renewals and upsells. This role requires a polished, proactive communicator who understands service excellence and can manage multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned client accounts following contract execution.
Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure service satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
Proactively resolve complaints, service gaps, or staffing concerns with professionalism and urgency.
