POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new client opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into long-term accounts. This role focuses on the concierge and premium services market and requires polished communication, professional sales instincts, and an ability to represent a high-end service brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and engage prospective client facilities, corporations, HOAs, and high-end residential developments across target US markets.
Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to win new service contracts and accounts.
Conduct professional outreach, presentations, and proposals that reflect the premium brand of the company
Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and property/facility managers.
Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms.
Collaborate with the staffing and coordination team to ensure service delivery aligns with client commitments.
Track all sales activities, lead status, and account health in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets.
Represent the company professionally across all written and verbal communications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience; concierge, hospitality, facility services, or staffing industry preferred.
Proven track record of prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new client accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Polished professional communication - both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
