We are seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Assistants skilled at delivering exceptional customer experience and satisfaction in tourism/airline industry. These roles require frequent standing, walking, and frequent interaction with customers.

Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilites Include But Not Limited To:

  • Greet passengers on arrival at the airport.
  • Check job Allocation Sheet to ascertain job assigned.
  • Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude whilst handling customers at all times and in accordance with company and airline standards.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and/or re-allocation of passengers on other airlines in cases of overbooking, delayed or cancelled flights.
  • Perform all check-in, verification, security and gate functions related to travelling customers in adherence with company and airline procedures and standards.
  • Prepare seat chart and assign seats to customers at check-in.
  • Prepare and equip counter for check-in functions and check all systems and ensure serviceable prior to check-in
  • Prepare and compile passenger and baggage statistics for flights and ensure information is passed to Operations in a timely manner.
  • Provide specialized service to special needs passengers such as those who are disabled, travelling with young children, traveling alone etc.
  • Keep passengers updated on any changes to flight information
  • Send and receive all messages, action and pass all paperwork to Team Lead for filing.
  • Direct passengers to the correct gate for their flight.
  • Meet flights and escort passengers to arrivals area. Check for any on-hand baggage and take necessary action before leaving arrivals.
  • Clear flights in and out with relevant government authorities as required.
  • Assist wheelchair-bound customers and customers with disabilities on arriving and departing flights.
Qualification & Skills
  • A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position or in the Service Industry
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of airline and/or ground handling service is desired.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A valid Police Certificate of Character
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced, team focused multifaceted environment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate customer operations.
Psysical Requirements:
This role requires frequent standing and walking.  it is recommendable to take a few breaks throughout the day by standing, sitting or exercising from time to time.

Customer Service Assistant

Duties and Responsibilites Include But Not Limited To:

  • Prepare and arrange counter stanchions and ropes.
  • Porter baggage from counter scales to conveyor belt.
  • Porter baggage from security desk to counter scales.
  • Assist wheelchair bound customers and customers with disabilities on arriving and departing flights.
  • Transport customers to & from the aircraft as directed.
  • Round up and securely store wheelchairs at the end of the shift.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Skills
  • Minimum of three (3) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in the service industry.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A valid Police Certificate of Character.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team.
