To perform routine messenger duties ensuring timely distribution of mail and for the provision of transportation for staff and visiting officials of the organisation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
• Ensures collection of outgoing mail from relevant Head Office departments for delivery to branches / service providers.
• Ensures incoming mail for distribution to departments are placed in corresponding cubby-holes.
• Ensures timely payment of all utilities for and on behalf of Unicomer Trinidad Ltd and assists with cashing of cheques as required.
• Maintains an accurate log of all mail distributions.
• Ensures stationery is delivered to branches as required.
• Arranges for shredding of all out-dated documents as required.
• Provides transportation for staff and visiting officials to/from requested locations as and when required.
• Ensures the company’s vehicle, if assigned, is kept in a clean condition and ensures it is serviced when necessary.
• Assists with arranging vehicle documentation, inspection etc. for the company’s fleet of vehicles at Licencing Division when necessary.
• Assists with ensuring company vehicles are taken for routine maintenance (repairs, servicing etc.)
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Administrative Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Evidence of secondary school education.
• A valid driver’s license with at least two (2) years driving experience.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Committed to excellent customer service.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and committed.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and cope in a stress-related environment.
• Ability to work well as a team player.
