Please Note: Candidates must be able to work shifts which can include public hoildays and weekends

Key Duties & Responsibilities – Cooks

• Prepare, season, and cook meals according to recipes, client specifications, and hygiene standards

• Ensure correct portioning and presentation of meals

• Monitor and record food temperatures, ensuring safety and compliance

• Oversee preparation of raw/cooked food components and ensure timely completion

• Support menu planning and contribute to kitchen efficiency improvements

• Minimise waste through proper preparation, storage, and handling

• Maintain sanitation and hygiene practices throughout food prep and cooking

Qualifications & Skills

• CXC O’Level Certificate with Grades I or II in English Language and Mathematics

• Minimum of one (2) year experience in a team-based environment

• At least three (3) years experience in a food service or catering environment

• Certification in food preparation 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Police Certificate of Character required

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to work shift
