Seeking a creative individual to capture and edit vehicle photos/videos, manage social media, and create engaging content to drive sales. Requires 1–2 years’ experience in digital media, strong organisation, and attention to detail. Full-time role.

The Automotive Content & Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the creation, management, and publishing of all visual and digital content related to vehicle inventory and brand marketing.

This role plays a critical function in driving customer engagement, generating inquiries, and increasing vehicle sales through high-quality photography, videography, and structured social media content.

All content produced by this role will fall under four key categories:

  • Inventory Content (core revenue driver)

  • Educational Content (builds trust & authority)

  • Entertaining Content (boosts reach & engagement)

  • Social Proof Content (builds credibility & conversions)

Core Content Categories & Responsibilities

1. Inventory Content (PRIMARY FOCUS)

  • Capture high-quality photos of all vehicles ready for showroom and sale.

  • Produce walk-around videos showcasing exterior, interior, and key features.

  • Ensure every vehicle is marketed within 24 hours of readiness.

  • Create:

    • “New Arrival” posts

    • Feature highlight posts

    • Carousel posts with specs

  • Maintain consistency in angles, lighting, and branding.

2. Educational Content

  • Create content that informs customers about:

    • Vehicle features (e.g., push start, fuel efficiency, trims)

    • Buying tips (e.g., choosing the right car, financing basics)

    • Maintenance tips

  • Simplify technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals or videos.

  • Position Jusdrive as a trusted authority in vehicle sales.

3. Entertaining Content

  • Develop engaging and relatable content to increase reach:

    • Trending audio reels

    • Behind-the-scenes footage

    • Light humor or relatable car-owner moments

  • Balance entertainment with brand professionalism.

4. Social Proof Content

  • Capture and publish:

    • Customer pickups and deliveries

    • Testimonials and reviews

    • “Happy customer” moments

  • Create “SOLD” posts and success stories.

  • Reinforce trust and credibility through real experiences.

Additional Key Responsibilities

Photography & Image Editing

  • Professionally photograph all vehicles.

  • Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images for all platforms.

  • Maintain a clean and consistent visual standard.

  • Organize and store all media files systematically.

Videography & Video Editing

  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos for:

    • Instagram Reels

    • TikTok

    • Facebook

  • Add captions, branding, and music where appropriate.

  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform.

Social Media Graphics

  • Design simple branded graphics using templates:

    • New Arrival

    • Price Drop

    • Sold

    • Feature Highlights

  • Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, and brand identity.

  • Use tools such as Canva for efficient production.

Social Media Management

  • Post content across all platforms consistently.

  • Update Instagram Stories daily with available inventory.

  • Ensure all posts include:

    • Accurate vehicle details

    • Pricing

    • Key selling points

  • Monitor messages/comments and flag leads promptly.

Inventory Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team to:

    • Identify vehicles ready for marketing

    • Remove sold vehicles immediately

    • Update listings when needed

  • Ensure no outdated or incorrect listings remain active.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Certificate in Digital Media, Photography, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in:

    • Photography / Videography

    • Social Media Management

  • Experience with:

    • Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop

    • CapCut / Premiere Pro

    • Canva

  • Experience in automotive content is an asset.

  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail

Work Schedule
