Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital media and a knack for building engaging online communities? We’re looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis and help shape our brand’s digital voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative content strategies across all digital platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.
• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content to stay relevant and engaging.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing goals.
• Track performance metrics and generate reports to measure content effectiveness.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to align content with brand messaging.
• Assist with photography and videography for events, behind-the-scenes content, and product features.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all digital assets.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and email content that reflect the brand’s tone and voice.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
• Support live coverage of events and promotions via social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital trends.

• Have experience with paid advertising and boosting content.
• Understand SEO and content optimization for web and social.
• Are comfortable being on camera or directing others in video shoots
