The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and organizing the sales team to achieve company objectives. This role involves driving sales performance, meeting set targets, and coordinating marketing efforts to generate leads.

Provide daily field sales reports to both sales and management teams.
Implement and maintain customer service standards.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits, needs assessments, and opportunity exploration.
Meet with clients to understand evolving needs and evaluate the quality of the company’s service delivery.
Achieve sales and marketing goals by planning, executing, and evaluating advertising, promotions, merchandising, and trade programs.
Identify market opportunities and consumer needs.
Develop and manage promotional strategies and campaigns.
Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff.
