Primary objective of the job:
The Consumer Sales Support plays a critical role in supporting revenue generation and operational continuity within the Consumer Sales department. This position ensures consistent sales performance by providing outbound sales support, operational backup during peak periods, and coordination across inventory and sales channels. The role is particularly important in maintaining momentum during high-volume periods.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Support
• Support postpaid acquisition through targeted outbound sales activities
• Actively contribute during campaigns and high-demand periods to maximize revenue
opportunities
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and
order fulfillment
• Support inventory flow for grey market channel sales requiring immediate processing and
turnaround
Sales Agent Coverage
• Provide operational and sales coverage during agent absences to maintain continuity.
• Support month-end sales periods where volumes and targets are highest.
Grey Market Audits & Visibility
• Conduct periodic field visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and correct pricing
across the island
• Report findings and support corrective actions where required
Testing & Operational Support
• Assist with product, system, and process testing to ensure sales readiness
• Support smooth execution of new initiatives, campaigns, and operational changes
