Construction Project Manager
Requirement
1. Estimate project costs
2. Experience in estimation software
3. Bidding processes and contract negotiations
4. Vendor management
5. Put together a project budget
6. Change orders
7. Budget tracking
8. Create a Project schedule
9. Set up parameters for how the project is executed
10. Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders
11. Quality control
12. Educate workers and teams about the contract details
13. Supervise all work specialists dealing with construction and regulation adherence
14. Perform risk/safety management
15. Job site monitoring
16. Daily, weekly, and monthly inspection logs
17. Experience in AutoCAD
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, civil, Engineering, Structural
• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training
• Construction Project Management certification
• Five years of construction experience
