Senior Civil Engineer

Designs, plans and oversees construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, highways and bridges while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and help lead the design, planning and execution of construction projects.

- A minimum of two professional references (from employers or academic mentors).

- A copy of your Civil Engineering degree and any other relevant certification.

- 5-10 years of professional work experience in the Civil Engineering or Construction Field.

- Portfolio of past projects (optional, but highly encouraged).

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

- Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar software.

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials and safety standards.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. 

- Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and resources effectively. 

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract management and engineering principles. 

- Conduct site visits and inspections as requested by the Company to monitor project progress and quality.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Namalco's quality control standards.

- Help resolve any engineering issues on-site or during the design phase of projects. 

- Lead the execution of civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems and other infrastructure.

- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project schedules and quality standards.

- Coordinate with various departments within the Company to ensure seamless project execution.
