Position Overview:

As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,
and creating a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. You will blend management skills with
a passion for health, provide a top-tier customer experience while maintaining high standards of
cleanliness, service, and upholds the brand’s values of wellness, sustainability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas to deliver exceptional service and quality products.
• Oversee and manage daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, stock levels, and ordering of
supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are met consistently.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to recipes and brand guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Manage cash handling, Point of Sale reporting, and Financial reconciliation.
• Assist with local marketing, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Track sales, labor costs, and other performance metrics to meet business goals.
• Promote a wellness-oriented culture that aligns with the brand’s values.
Requirements:

• Over 5 years of management experience in food service and hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, Point of Sale, and basic reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory systems.
• Passion for health, wellness, and organic products.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late evening, weekends, or holidays.
