Responsible for the processing of all orders, tracking status of orders and keeping records of all transactions related to our monthly transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Data processing for orders received by commercial team within a business day. 

  • Ensure accuracy of info processed inclusive of pricing. 

  • Updating order status reports daily to ensure that team has visibility of all orders received and processed. 

  • Keeping track of fill ratios on orders and communicate with Purchasing dept to advise commercial team on next steps.  

  • Liaise with various internal departments to coordinate when orders are to be sent to warehouse for segregation. 

  • Responsible to log in claims, forward to different departments and follow up to ensure that customer does receive a resolution within the time frameestablished 

  • Keeping records of KPIs such as number of days for orders to be processed / fill ratios per brand.  

  • Weekly meetings to liaise with logistics and warehouse on orders prior to sendingfor segregation. 

  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure packing lists are received timely. 

  • Ensure Department’s KPI are met and maintained. 

  • Assist in other areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities. 

  • All responsibilities and accountabilities must be executed in accordance with the company’s Customer Service Management System (CSMS), Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) policies and practices. 

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 

Requirements 

  • Team player. 

  • Highly organized.  

  • Analytical and extremely detail oriented. 

  • Self-motivated. 

  • Able to prioritize and multitask while processing orders to meet deadlines.  

  • Able todeliver results/reports in a timely manner. 

  • Comfortable in routine work. 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Able to follow up with all internal department involved. 

  • Comfortable with managing change. 

  • Comfortable in managing a heavy volume of data. 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with little or no supervision. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree a plus 

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office   

  • 3-5 years in a similar position and environment 

Computer Skills 

  • Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Knowledge of WMS/Systems
