We are seeking a team of experienced Baristas who will be the face of our brand - crafting organic
beverages with care, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do:
As a Barista, you will be the heart of our cafe, creating delicious, nutrient-rich smoothies and wellness
drinks while delivering positive moments for every guest. You will be part of a team that values fresh
ingredients, mindful choices, and friendly energized service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and blend with care, a variety of organic smoothies, juices, teas, health shots, and
coffee drinks to standard recipes.
• Ingredient preparations - wash, peel, chop, and portion fruits, vegetables, and herbs for
smoothies, juices, and teas.
• Wash blenders, juicers, and other utensils.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards.
• Build connections with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Product knowledge - learn about the different types of products being o ered and their
benefits.
• Provide product advice and suggestions to customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting your co-workers.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Experienced in food service and hospitality - specifically as a barista.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and beverage based environment.
• Always punctual and dependable.
• Excellent at communication and team-building.
• Knowledgeable about food safety and food preparation.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and organic products.
• Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Able to work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, or holidays.
