We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support organizational goals by improving business processes, defining clear requirements, and ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will collaborate with business units and technical teams to enhance operational efficiency and support successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with business units to understand operational needs and strategic goals.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and resolve gaps.
  • Participate in project planning, solution evaluation, and vendor assessments.
  • Develop and execute test cases; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Prepare communication materials, user guides, and training documentation.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in business and technical analysis.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, ERP platforms (SAP, Dynamics AX), and Meter Data Management systems.
  • Experience using prototyping and process‑mapping tools such as MS Visio or Adobe.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (X++, C#, Java, Python, SQL).
