Brand Manager

A leading FMCG company based in Kingston is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, executing marketing plans and driving product innovation to support product growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualization, development and execution of all marketing communications for assigned brands i.e. Public Relations, Advertising, Promotions, etc.
• Managing the administration of assigned brands e.g. Purchasing and Inventory Management.
• Gathering, collating and analyzing market data to facilitate effective decision making.
• Preparation and execution of annual marketing plans and budgets; must prepare reports and implement evaluation controls. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing and/or brand management.
• Experience working with fast moving consumer brands is a distinct advantage.
• Sound knowledge of trade and consumer marketing principles and practices.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to travel island wide and work beyond normal working hours as required.
• Must be passionate and creative with strong analytical, negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills.
