BUSINESS SERVICE MANAGER

The Business Services Manager will lead the organization’s training and innovation efforts, playing a key role in enhancing internal capabilities and service offerings.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in business management, with expertise in innovation, training and certification, education, sales, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership of the Business team, including the development of strategic work plans and the execution of initiatives that drive timely and cost-effective operational success.

CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE Credentials and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in business is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a business management role, with a focus on training and development, and sales and marketing.

Proven track record of leading and implementing innovative projects and programs.

• Proficient in the use of business software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management software).
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, organization, proper decision-making, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
