Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event and Promotions Planner to elevate our events to new heights! In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing various events and promotions that engage our audience and enhance our brand's visibility. Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
• Conceptualize, plan, and manage diverse events and promotions at our locations.
• Coordinate all logistics, including venue decoration, catering, and audiovisual arrangements.
Promotions:
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with club management teams to design promotional materials, including social media content, flyers, and event signage.
Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets for events and promotions while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with overall business goals and branding.
• Supervise and coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless execution.
Evaluation and Reporting:
• Analyze the success of events and promotions through feedback and metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Provide post-event reports and insights to inform improvements for future activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or promotions, ideally within the entertainment industry.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital marketing tools.
