Due to increased demand for their services, they are actively seeking to recruit Audit Managers to operate in their country of choice (depending on headcount) and join their exciting journey.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and deadlines are met.
  • Preparation of audit plans and programs tailored to each client’s specific needs.
  • Supervise and mentor audit staff and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for audit-related matters.
  • Ensure audit engagements comply with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and the firm’s quality control procedures.

 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong technical competence and solid knowledge of auditing and assurance standards and IFRS Accounting Standards.
  • The ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines.
  • Project and portfolio management experience.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, initiative and attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced team environment.
