Due to increased demand for their services, they are actively seeking to recruit experienced Audit Supervisors/Seniors to operate in their country of choice (Barbados is the top priority/location chosen depending on headcount) and join their exciting journey.

 

Full relocation packages available to successful applicants. Non – Caribbean nationals are welcome to apply.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Planning, executing, and completing audits.
  • Auditing the financial statements of a portfolio of clients.
  • Developing and supervising staff.
  • Reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues.
  • Assisting in engagement management and practice development activities.

 

 Skills and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Commitment to pursue a professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of three years of previous audit experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
  • Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of your assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with IFRS.
  • Possession of an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA is required for the supervisor position.
