Cost Controller
COST CONTROLLER
The Cost Controller will be responsible for performing the entire cost control function of the Hotel, including cost estimating, budget control, cost reporting, and analysis. This position also requires the individual to devise ways to maximize returns on food and beverage purchases, by ensuring that all inventory controls are maintained according to company policy.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management or related discipline.
A minimum of three (3) years’ related experience in a similar services sector.
