Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking setting in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on a range of diagnostic imaging studies including Digital X-Ray, Mammography, CT, Ultrasound, C-Arm, and Dexa

• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams to support accurate and timely diagnoses

• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence

• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within the imaging department

• Provide clinical leadership and support to junior staff and technologists

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Radiology

• A minimum of 3 years post-specialisation experience (preferred)

• Eligible for registration with the Barbados Medical Council

• Strong diagnostic capabilities and excellent communication skills
