Seeking highly driven and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and legal support. The successful candidate must be well organised and be able to act without guidance:Criteria:

  • Paralegal and/or legal training
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent ability to take Minutes for Board Meetings
  • Advanced proficiency at Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity and command of financial information
  • Knowledge and proficiency with the Companies Act and basic principles of company Law
  • Advanced analytic and proof-reading skills
  • Knowledge of conveyancing  and land transactions
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time management and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of maturity, professionalism & confidentiality
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Qualification BSC in Business Administration or any other related field by a recognized institution
  • At least 3 years administrative experience
