We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Temp) to support our client’s team.

Only applicants based in Barbados will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent typing skills, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook. This temporary role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Type, format, and edit financial statements, correspondence, engagement letters, and other documents as required by the management team.
  • Prepare financial statements for distribution to clients.
  • Manage Outlook emails, including sending, receiving, and responding to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail as directed by management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related administrative or clerical role.
  • Proven ability to type at least 50 words per minute with accuracy.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Duration:

This is a temporary position. The duration of the assignment will be discussed during the interview process.
