ADMINISTRATIVE, MARKETING & SALES ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant - Operations is responsible for providing efficient, courteous and professional front desk services and Administrative support to the various heads of Department at the Company's main office.
To provide support to the Chief Operating Officer - Caribbean towards successful achievement of strategic and operational objectives established for Group & Life Insurance Administration and Information Systems Department.
Responsible for providing comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Managing Director in all areas to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the office.
The incumbent provides administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Assistant as well as receptionist and telephone operator functions for the Company. The incumbent ensures that the company is portrayed in a professional manner at all times.
