The Client Care Officer manages client requests through various channels, ensures compliance with JMMB standards, conducts client surveys, and supports the Vision of Love and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsible for the preparation and submission of all client applications, assist in the disbursement of all approved Loans within the stipulated timeframe.
