Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timely validation of daily and periodic reports, while upholding audit and regulatory standards. The position also contributes to maintaining the integrity of data management systems. Additionally, the officer provides operational support by stepping in for the Customer Service Manager when needed—offering leadership in branch operations, overseeing cash and ATM processes, and facilitating effective resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate daily and periodic reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and uphold audit standards and internal control procedures.
- Support the maintenance and integrity of data management systems.
- Provide operational leadership by acting as a backup for the Customer Service Manager when required.
- Support branch operations including cash handling, ATM management, and transaction monitoring.
- Facilitate effective resolution of customer concerns, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branch goals and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, or High School Diploma with 4+ years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and data management principles.
- Proven ability to lead and support operational functions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in banking systems and reporting tools.
