• To boost EBITDA through the efficient execution of initiatives.

Key Objectives:

• To guide timely and effective implementation of initiatives to improve the company’s profitability.
• To motivate initiative owners to present new opportunities and identify successful initiatives in other markets that can be replicated.
• To provide management with regular updates on KPIs to ensure they stay informed of the program’s progress.

Main accountabilities

• Run daily ‘check-in’ calls with Initiative Owners to monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Facilitate approval sessions on behalf of the cluster and ensure initiative owners are prepared to present to approvers.
• Measure impacts against plan and report periodically to workstream sponsor and market CEO’s/GM’s
• Follow up with Cluster CEO (sponsor) and approvers to push initiatives through the pipeline
• Perform data hygiene analysis on Wave inputs
• Coach, develop and motivate Workstream team
• Escalate concerns and roadblocks
• Facilitate idea generation sessions
• Ensure process adherence

Qualifications, knowledge & experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role
