We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solutions Architect to facilitate Agile practices, driving technology and architecture decisions, including backend, front end and third-party integrations. The Solutions Architect will create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex, scalable solutions for new and existing clients that align with business objectives, technical feasibility, and system integration requirements.
• Define long-term architecture and technology strategies in collaboration with development, database, and operations teams. Clearly articulate this vision across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and top-quality execution.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Define deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for proposed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to developers and engineers. Oversee the development process to ensure consistency with design, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in product planning, providing insights on scalability, system integration, and future technical capabilities. Contribute to the evolution of the product roadmap.
• Analyze and improve software quality, including scalability, stability, security, and modifiability. Ensure the final product meets quality standards and business requirements before launch.
• Create proof-of-concept and production-grade code prototypes to demonstrate new technologies or patterns. Periodically review and direct code enhancements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Assist in creating compelling proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Identify, evaluate, and incorporate emerging technologies and market trends that align with the company’s strategic direction.
• Work with internal teams to create content that showcases technical expertise and reinforces the company’s position in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Solutions or Software Architect on large, complex software projects
• Proven experience delivering scalable, high-concurrency SaaS solutions
• Experience leading technology projects from conception to implementation
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure (Google Cloud is a plus)
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments
• Deep understanding of software scalability, stability, and secure system design principles
• Working knowledge of various programming languages, including C++, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and Python
• In-depth knowledge of relational and real-time databases
• Understanding of integration technologies and system interoperability
• Experience with Big Data, Machine Learning, and Software-Defined Networking is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology landscapes, architectures, and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to align technology strategies with business objectives
• Domain expertise in at least one technical competency
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively bridge IT and business stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Proven ability to foster trusted-advisor relationships at senior levels, including the C-suite
• Experience in sales and solution development to support business growth
