Job Title: Wholesale Sales Associate
Department: Wholesale

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

The Wholesale Sales Associate will drive revenue growth by developing and managing wholesale partnerships within the textile, home goods and furniture industry. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with buyers, developers, designers, and commercial clients, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The associate will serve as a key brand ambassador, promoting product lines, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities with furniture retailers, interior designers, real estate developers, hospitality groups, and other B2B clients.
  2. Manage and grow relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring top-tier service and support.
  3. Present product lines, new collections, and promotional opportunities to wholesale clients.
  4. Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and contract terms that align with company goals and client needs.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  6. Stay current on market trends, competitive products, and customer needs within the textile, home goods and furniture sector.
  7. Collaborate with the buying, merchandising, logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery and brand consistency.
  8. Represent the brand at trade shows, market events, and in-person client meetings as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and client interactions in the CRM system
  10. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Technical Competences

  • Five (5) O’Level passes including Mathematics and English
  • 2+ years of B2B wholesale sales experience, ideally within the textile, home goods, furniture, or interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of the retail and wholesale market, including trends and buyer expectations.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment

  • Must have a good attention to detail and be knowledgeable about interior design and decor

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to pull, push lift objects weighing 20lbs.
  • Ability to lift and carry medium to large items several feet, weighing up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment.
  • Availability to work weekend days and entire holiday season (especially October to December) under shift schedule.
This role is based at our Piarco Headquarters, with regular travel required to meet customers and generate sales, including travel to Tobago. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, rewarding performance based on sales achieved.
