To effectively sell ANSA Motors products while ensuring profitability and adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures.
Job Description:
To achieve the Wholesale’s monthly budget by maximizing sales, following up on quotations and enquiries and making constant contact with Wholesale customers. Monthly dollar value budget will be communicated by the Manager.
To ensure all assigned Wholesale Customers are visited regularly to assist with maximizing sales and development of customer relations.
To ensure all parts are rechecked daily against cash bills and all credit note requests are done within one working day to contribute to a parts accuracy of at least 99
To assist Accounts Receivables with collections and reconciliation of outstanding Wholesale customer’s accounts, to ensure the payments are collected on a timely basis and minimize/eliminate bad debt.
To ensure all deliveries are delivered within two working days of request to help improve customer satisfaction.
Participate in all physical stock counts and cycle counting activities.
To comply with all policies and procedures.
Can be rotated throughout the branches of Ansa Motors for training and or special projects as mandated by management.
Is expected to handle duties stated above regardless of brand within the Automotive group.
To perform any duties, related to the above as requested by the management from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the division.
Job Standards
Efficient and accurate use of the parts catalogue systems.
Good working knowledge of the products.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Accuracy in checking and recording data.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Accuracy in the checking of all items and detailing all relevant information.
Good communication skills in listening to the customers and defining their problems.
Ability to complete Weekly and Daily Customer visit logs
Ability to prioritize daily tasks in order of urgency.
Shows Initiative in the performance of daily job related tasks.
Timeliness in the presentation of any data as requested by the Manager.
Timeliness in following up and resolving customers’ queries and concerns.
Skill Requirements:
Minimum 5 CXC passes.
Associate Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
Minimum of two years’ experience in Automotive sales.
Advanced Computer Literacy with emphasis in Microsoft Excel.
