Warehouse Supervisor

LASCO Distributors Limited seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Warehouse Supervisor.The incumbent will be responsible for accurately monitoring and supervising all warehouse activities to ensure efficiency in its operations.

LASCO Distributors Limited, a marketing and distribution company within LASCO Affiliated Companies, seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Warehouse Supervisor in our Pharmaceutical Division. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately monitoring and supervising all warehouse activities to ensure efficiency in its operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising dispatchers to ensure efficient allocation of vehicles for timely delivery of customers’ orders
• Monitoring accurate dispatch of inventory
• Managing warehouse floor ensuring proper storage and efficient stock rotation according to First Expiry First Out (FEFO) principles
• Overseeing scheduled and unscheduled pest control treatment in the warehouse
• Conducting audit of haulage contractors’ vehicle ensuring compliance with inspection standards
• Updating inventory records in a timely manner to account for damaged products

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Management or Business Administration
• Minimum three (3) years’ working experience in a Warehouse environment
• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory control would be an asset
• Strong operational and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in the use Microsoft Suite: (Intermediate proficiency in excel is required)
