Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities

• Manage and train warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring

• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of inventory

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts

• Enforce health, safety, and security procedures

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

• Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and staffing

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and management teams

• Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

• 3 years experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
