The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management and staff supervision. This role ensures efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with onboarding of new team members
Schedule and supervise warehouse staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory in accordance with company policies
Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations including inventory control, documentation, packing, picking, and delivery
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with computerized records
Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed
Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer orders
Coordinate and participate in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory audits
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse
Oversee timely transfer of inventory to delivery trucks according to schedule
Manage inventory transfers between departments and external locations
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to improve warehouse efficiency
Monitor warehouse expenditures and implement corrective actions when necessary
Enforce safety protocols and operational procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment issues
Perform other related duties as assigned

Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a similar role; preferable within the FMCG &/or manufacturing industry
Forklift certification
GMP certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Oracle NetSuite
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Extended periods of standing
Exposure to -0° temperatures and dust
