JOB SUMMARY
The position exists to provide oversight and facilitate the efficient execution of all functions related to the Warehouse Settlement process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the efficient and accurate handling of Delivery Contractors/drivers.
• Reconcile funds collected against the amounts stated on the invoice and dispatch sheet.
• Maintain dispatch sheets, ensuring they are filed and stored in an orderly manner.
• Examine goods return slips presented by drivers for all items adjusted on invoices before check-off.
•  Prepare charge documents and submit them to the Credit Manager to recover any cash shortages incurred by drivers.
• Update outstanding dispatch sheets daily and escalate any anomalies to the Credit Manager.
• Submit dispatch sheets for payment once deliveries are completed.
•  Monitor the timely clearance of the vault (drop chute) under dual custody on a daily basis.
