Our company operating in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FCGM) industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Receival Manager to oversee and optimize its inbound operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse receiving, unloading, inspection, sorting, and ensure accurate documentation of incoming goods.
Lead, mentor, and train a team of warehouse associates.
Implement and maintain efficient receiving processes and procedures.
Receive goods as per AEO regulations.
Utilize warehouse management systems tracking inventory; generate reports and analyze performance.
Ensure compliance with health,safety and environmental regulations.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and management.
Experience with SAP software will be an asset.
Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
