Warehouse Porter
Caribbean Coffee Baristas Limited (CCBL) is searching for a Warehouse Porter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while assisting with general warehouse duties, inventory handling, and support for daily operations.
Duty And Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and products.
- Support with picking, packing, and preparing orders to be sent to the stores.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory to ensure quality and accuracy, ensuring products are stored properly.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
- Organize and maintain stock areas for efficient access and storage.
- Collaborate with management to identify inventory needs and forecast future requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and
- regulations.
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 CSECs inclusive of Mathematics and English or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 10 lbs or more).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
