Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: El Socorro
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Compensation: TTD $30 – $35 per hour + incentives (commensurate with experience and certifications)

Core Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate stock levels using barcode and digital inventory systems.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (experience required; certification preferred).
• Stage, label, and dispatch goods according to delivery schedules.
• Load and offload trucks and containers ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Conduct deliveries to customers and business sites courteously and professionally.
• Complete delivery documentation and route logs accurately.
• Support stock counts, cycle checks, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Report damages, hazards, or discrepancies promptly.

• Minimum five (5) O’ Level subjects including Mathematics and English.
• Valid Driver’s Permit (Class 4 or Heavy T).
• At least two (2) years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Forklift experience mandatory; certification is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Trinidad’s geography for route and delivery planning.
• Physically fit, dependable, and committed to safety and teamwork.
