Warehouse Manager

Aventa (Barbados) Ltd. a leading regional distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its pharmaceutical warehouse operations. This senior role oversees performance, compliance, inventory control, and secure distribution across multiple Warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and distribution operations
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, bonded warehouse, customs, and regulatory standards
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock control, and variance reduction
• Implement strong security, anti-pilferage, and loss-prevention controls
• Lead workforce performance, training, productivity and development
• Manage warehouse budgets, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure high service levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years’ senior level experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in Customs and Brokerage procedures and laws.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a regulated environment (pharma or FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cold chain, bonded warehousing, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated success in inventory control and variance reduction
• Experience leading large teams and multi-site operations
• Strong operational, analytical, and leadership capability
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and contractor management skills
• High integrity, accountability, and strong governance mindset
