Warehouse Manager

Salary: TTD$15,000.00 per month

Location: El Socorro

The Warehouse Manager holds a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of the warehouse, installation scheduling and execution for client projects, and full inventory control.

This position ensures that all operational processes align with company objectives, that installation projects are executed on time and to quality standards, and that materials are secured and efficiently managed across the supply chain. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

  • Lead and manage all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, order picking, dispatch, and returns.
  • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for improved productivity.
  • Ensure the physical condition of the warehouse is well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and develop warehouse staff to meet performance and operational targets.
2. Installation Project Management

  • Oversee all installation-related logistics, ensuring timely preparation, delivery, and execution of materials for on-site projects.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Project Coordination teams to align installation timelines with client expectations.
  • Manage and monitor installation teams, ensuring they are properly briefed, resourced, and equipped for each project.
  • Track the progress and quality of installations, resolving issues as they arise and escalating critical matters when necessary.
  • Implement systems for feedback and quality assurance to continuously improve installation outcomes.
3. Inventory Control & Supply Chain Oversight

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Implement and oversee inventory management systems to track stock movement, usage, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for stock reorders, vendor management, and forecasting.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and enforce accountability measures to minimize losses.
  • Provide regular inventory and usage reports to management for planning and budgeting.
 

Leadership & Strategic Functions

  • Serve as a key liaison between warehouse, installations, and executive leadership to ensure operations are aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead operational planning sessions and provide insight into project readiness and delivery capabilities.
  • Report on KPIs and performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support budget planning for operational areas including staffing, equipment, and materials.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability, and high performance across teams.
 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations and/or installation project management at a senior level.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Forklift certification and understanding of HSE regulations are assets.
 

Working Conditions

  • Based on-site with occasional travel to installation/project sites.
  • May involve extended hours during project rollouts or critical deadlines.
  • Physical activity required, including walking through warehouse areas and occasional lifting.
