Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising warehouse operations, including receiving, issuance of products, and the internal warehouse located at the Hotel.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Establish a barcoding system to improve order fulfilment accuracy, materials traceability, and overall department efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with temperature regulations on warehousing, material handling, and documentation requirements by enforcing adherence to protocol and advising management on needed actions.
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation and assist with proper FIFO process.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and provide product loss control.
• Manage products with slow movement, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Complete monthly and partial inventory control based on part count variance, analyze discrepancies, and take action to ensure 100% reconciliation of inventory.
• Oversee warehouse inputs and outputs to avoid stockouts.
• Check that products received match suppliers' invoices.
• Establish procedures for the verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keep warehouse inventory current.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily requisition assortment of goods, previously signed by the responsible management area to ensure control of product distribution.

Other Tasks & Duties.

• Supervise the correct application of food safety handling standards and other certifications that benefit the warehouses.
• Maintain an updated catalog of requisition signatures.
• Support safety programs to reduce and eliminate employee injuries while conducting safety training at the branch.
• Perform the role in the department's briefings to stay informed and updated about relevant hotel operation issues.
• Maintain personal appearance and uniformity standards established by the Hotel Management to project a professional and pristine image.
• Uphold the company's Philosophy, values, rules, policies, service culture, and goals to ensure the service promise made to the guests.
• Contribute to safeguard employees' physical integrity as well as the property by complying with Safety and Health rules and standards.
• Participate in Blue Diamond Resorts' ASG Program.
• Carry out instructions, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior while complying with the service provided by the hotel.

Experience: Required:

• · Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role in the hospitality industry.
• · Food Hygiene Management.
• · Microsoft Office Suite.
• · Inventory Control System and Storage.
• · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• · Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Education & Certificates:

• · Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or a related field
