To assist with all warehouse funnctions and new software update.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with the senior warehouse staff to ensure that racking and locations are labelled correctly.
• Ensure that cyclic stock counts are done and reconcile with the inventory software (ODOO).
• Assist with the resolution of inventory queries.
• Assist with the relocation of goods for proper storage and rotation.
• Ensure that transfers are done when stocks are relocated within the warehouse.
• Prepare all data entry requests associated with goods requested as required using the inventory software (ODOO).
• Update the inventory system with stock received, transfer of goods from production ensuring accuracy and timely
transactions.
• Complete all data entry associated with goods requests as required via the In-transit entry on Inventory Software
(ODOO).
• Update Inventory Software (ODOO) with all stock received via transfers from production while ensuring that all data is
entered accurately. (i.e.: quantities, locations, expiry dates etc)
• Maintain data entry requirements by following relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist with physical stock counts, which include verification and adjustments.
• Any other responsibilities as designated by the Manager in achieving departmental goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must possess a minimum of five (5) CSEC/O’Level/CXC subjects, including a minimum of a Grade II in both
Mathematics and English Language.
• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable experience in a related WAREHOUSE environment.
• Experience using an ERP system such as ODOO in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
