Our Client, the Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT), the national leader in integrated communications solutions, is advancing its transformation agenda to strengthen governance, operational excellence, and service delivery. As part of this realigned focus on innovation and enhancing customer experience, the Company is seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Vice President, Corporate Services.
The Vice President, Corporate Services, provides strategic and operational leadership for the Company’s corporate governance and internal service portfolios, encompassing:
- Legal and Regulatory Affairs
- Human Resources
- Procurement
- Health
- Safety
- Security and Environment (HSSE)
- Fleet and Facilities Management
- Transformation and Culture Change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and coordination of Legal, HR, Procurement, and other Corporate Service functions to strengthen governance, compliance, and organisational efficiency.
- Ensure effective management of legal, regulatory, and governance obligations in accordance with statutory and ethical standards.
- Lead the development and execution of human resource, transformation, and culture change strategies to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Provide strategic leadership for Health, Safety, Security, Fleet, and Facilities operations to strengthen organisational resilience, ensure business continuity, and maintain a safe, sustainable, and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee procurement activities to ensure transparency, cost efficiency, and alignment with company policy and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement across all corporate support areas, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic priorities, service excellence, and customer experience objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. An LLB in Law and a Legal Practice Certificate are required.
- Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years’ senior leadership experience with proven expertise in governance, legal and regulatory affairs, human resource management, procurement law and compliance, and health and safety management.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Labour Law, Occupational Health and Safety, and Procurement would be considered assets.
- Professional Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading organisational transformation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and fostering strong stakeholder engagement within large or complex organisations, preferably in the telecommunications, utilities, energy, or service sectors.
