Utilities Technician - Welder

Are you a skilled welder with a strong mechanical mindset? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments where uptime and efficiency matter? We’re looking for a hands-on Utilities Technician – Welder to support and maintain critical plant operations.

Drive Mechanical Efficiency

• Execute maintenance activities to support optimal equipment performance
• Perform welding and fabrication using SMAW, MIG, and TIG (mild & stainless steel)
• Contribute to achieving plant efficiency targets

Deliver Preventive Maintenance Excellence

• Carry out scheduled maintenance to protect and extend asset life
• Support overhaul programs and continuous equipment improvement
• Accurately document work to reduce repeat failures

Respond to Breakdowns with Urgency

• Quickly address equipment stoppages and restore operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with a solutions-driven approach
• Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven welding and fabrication experience (SMAW/MIG/TIG)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• A proactive, disciplined, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to respond quickly and work under pressure
