Plant Support Engineer

Are you driven by data, operational excellence, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a results-oriented professional to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing plant performance.

Drive continuous improvement in the performance of Plant Operations through the assessment of Plant activities and processes, the analysis of downtime, non-conformances, operational losses and through the follow up of identified action plans to completion. The job holder will report on Plant inefficiencies and make recommendation for process improvement

Drive Plant Performance

• Deliver daily production performance updates (volumes, downtime, trends)
• Analyze operational costs and efficiency metrics
• Support weekly operations reviews with meaningful insights

Lead Root Cause Analysis

• Identify and eliminate causes of downtime, losses, and inefficiencies
• Implement practical, cost-effective solutions to prevent recurrence

Manage Action Plans

• Track and drive completion of critical operational actions
• Collaborate with Production & Maintenance teams to ensure execution
• Keep stakeholders informed through structured reporting

Champion Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead and support improvement initiatives across the plant
• Train teams and support implementation of new processes
